Membership in Kentucky Youth Soccer includes the following
insurance coverage for each member association and for the participants
in the members coaches. |
|

|
General Insurance Information -
Today's soccer
teams and leagues need the protection of a comprehensive
program of insurance coverage. Gracechurch Associates, Inc. has
teamed up with Bollinger and Markel Insurance Company to provide a
package of insurance for registered members of the Kentucky Youth
Soccer Association. |
|
|
|
Accident Insurance
- The Accident policy covers: all
registered players and players participating in try-outs, coaches,
managers, volunteers and other participants affiliated with the
Association.

|
Liability Insurance - The Markel plan provides a total liability
limit of $1 million per occurrence, with a total aggregate limit
of $2 million per location. The policy covers the State
Association, its affiliated leagues and clubs, coaches, assistant
coaches, referees, volunteers, directors and officers. |

|
|
Directors & Officers
- This plan provides protection for lawsuits
against the directors and officers of member
organization, for actual or alleged wrongful acts and errors and
omissions. The policy provides protection for individuals, league
officials and volunteers in their collective capacity as officers
of the league. The policy also provides coverage for suits brought
against the league entity itself. |

Crime
Insurance
- This plan provides protection for your sports
organization against financial loss caused by the dishonest
disappearance of money, securities or negotiable instruments. This
Crime Insurance Plan includes coverage for loss by theft or
forgery by an officer or volunteer of the league |

|
Liability Umbrella
-
The coverage
provided by membership in Kentucky Youth Soccer includes a $5
Million Umbrella policy which supplements the Liability Policy
listed above to provide additional coverage in extraordinary
circumstances where the loses are above the standard liability
coverage limits. |

 Additional
coverage for member associations is also available to each member
association through the insurance program at a reduced cost for those
wishing to add additional coverage.
Such coverage is NOT included in the state provided insurance
program but is available to those members wishing to add the coverage.

Equipment Insurance
|
Under the Equipment Insurance Plan, Equipment owned by Leagues is
protected on an All-Risk basis against loss, including fire and
theft. Coverage applies up to the full replacement cost value of
Equipment (subject to the policy limits) while stored in a
designated building. |
