In the case of inclement weather and Kentucky Youth Soccer Association have to cancel or postpone an Olympic Development or Player Development session you will can find updates on the main page of the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association website.

Updates will be placed on the main voice-mail of the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association State Office. Call 859-268-1254.

To avoid people traveling to a venue Kentucky Youth Soccer Association will try and cancel the event 24 hours prior to the first session is scheduled to take place. All participants will receive an e-mail from the Director of Coaching informing them of these updates

If we are experiencing bad weather such as thunder and lightening at the start of the session we will break until it is deemed safe for the players to return to the fields. If the weather does not pass and the sessions have to be cancelled, Kentucky Youth Soccer Association will do the up most to post updates on the KYSA website and phone system.

If a session has to be cancelled a make up date will be scheduled.
